Joseph P. Montalbano, President
Mr. Montalbano is a native of Houston, born in 1963. He attended the University of Houston (1982-1987) receiving a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Minor in Public Relations. Mr. Montalbano received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in December, 1991. He became licensed by the State Bar of Texas in May, 1992. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas.
After graduating from college and prior to attending law school, Mr. Montalbano worked in the Houston Oilers' organization of the National Football League (1987-1989). In 1992, Mr. Montalbano was hired as an associate in the law firm of Amundson, Clarke & Associates and worked there until the firm dissolved in 1993. After that time, Mr. Montalbano performed contract work almost exclusively for Norwood J. Ruiz in Galveston, Texas. Then, in 1994, Mr. Montalbano started his own practice, eventually moving to his present office location in One Corporate Plaza in 1995. Mr. Montalbano and his wife, Kimberly, reside in the Clear Lake area with their son, Nicholas, and daughter, Morgan. He has also been active in NASA Area Little League and NASA Pony Baseball.

Joseph P. Montalbano has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1992. Mr. Montalbano has operated his own practice since 1994. With his office located in Clear Lake City, Mr. Montalbano routinely handles matters in communities in the Harris - Galveston - Brazoria Counties areas. However, his work has led him to other several Texas counties including Fort Bend, Dallas, Chambers, Montgomery, Travis, Bexar, Gonzales, Fayette, and Bell Counties.
Mr. Montalbano's practice has blossomed over the last several years as many of his satisfied clients have returned for his assistance. The client base is comprised of both individuals and businesses in Clear Lake and the greater Houston area.
Being a sole practitioner, Mr. Montalbano knows and understands the importance of not only attracting new clients, but remaining attentive to the needs of his existing clients. He takes a hands-on approach in all cases, meeting and conferring with clients personally, not delegating those important tasks to associates or legal assistants.
